Surprise Honda has a friendly staff. Michael was helpful with completing the recall on my vehicle and also with any extra concerns for my Honda CR-V. The service was friendly, easy, and quick.

Larry was great! He checked on the recall notice, called back promptly to set an appointment. The checkin process was quick and thorough. Larry had most documents ready for my signature, and walked me to the waiting area. The waiting area is very comfortable. All staff members wore masks against the corona virus. In just over an hour, the work was done and I was on my way.

We were charged two times in order to get the car...!!!!! Totally unacceptable!!
I prepaid the amt via your suggestion and had to pay for it again in order to retrieve the car!!!!! Now havong yo spend 15 min on the phone to be switched from place to place - i would never buy another car from this dealership. In addition i didnt think there should be a charge at all - it is the first time it has been in since purchased.
