I drove up, got out of my car one of the clerks ask me if I've been there before and I said yes. Then he asked who helped out before, I didn't remember his name so I just pointed to the desk because he wasn't there. The clerk told me too wait for him so I did but I got frustrated and I asked someone else if they can help me and he did but he told me my car was going to be ready at 2pm. It wasn't ready till a little pass 3pm
