Mike was not helpful. It seems like every time it’s a problem with him. He was never apologetic for nothing. My car took way longer then it should off. Mike even said that my car was pushed to the side to work on other cars first.

David took good care of me and my Honda CR-V. I was however surprised that the B-1 maintenance, consisting of an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection would take two hours to complete. David apparently was surprised as well when he offered to forego the complimentary car wash in an attempt to get me on my way. An offer I accepted. All in all,though, I was quite satisfied with the service and find Surprise Honda to be a better choice for future service requirements.

Had a scheduled appointment and waited 2 hours for them to tell me they haven’t looked at my car. The appointment was to see what parts I needed to replace. I requested to take the car back because I was not expecting that long of a wait. The employee called the shop and requested they see the car. I was very confused because I just asked to get the car back. Which then he had to call him again to pull the car back. I rescheduled for a week later. It was disappointing because I thought it would take 30 minutes. all they had to do was look under and see what correct parts to order. No repairs needed that day.. I was willing to wait an hour but damn.. I felt like I was forgot about because no updates and they haven’t touch my car for 2 hours.. I had to say something and I was with my one year old kid.. they knew I was waiting at the dealership too. I’ve never experience this with Honda. Take care of me because I love Honda and am loyal to you guys. You definitely have my money but now your taking more because of my time. I don’t want to be compensated, I just wanted to be heard. Because I was cool the whole time and it didn’t seem like a big deal to anyone. I just got from you guys. I said “hello” and heard laughing. Then hung up. Idk what’s going on with you guys..some customer I am
