I arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time An hour and a half later, I was told that the van would be “next”. It was a waste of time, sitting there and waiting, hoping that the maintenance would be done on time. Apparently nothing was being done while I’m waiting at the lobby and I’m disappointed that I wasn’t informed on what was going on. It’s not my fault if they’re (mechanics) running behind. Appointment is an appointment so keep your promises on time because I don’t my time being wasted!
