I had a 10 am appointment, arrived at 9:50. At 1140 I asked how much longer. Nate told me the technicians were just getting back from lunch and would start on my car soon. The service was completed by 1215. I don't mind waiting. I don't feel that technicians should leave vehicles with owners waiting. Most other service industries have staggered lunches. I also question if all the work paid for was completed in the short time. If all work was done in 40 min why wait over 2 hours.
