I made an appointment online and indicated that I would wait for a simple oil change at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:53 at I didn’t leave until 4:37. It should never take that long for an oil change. I won’t return unless I am comped my next two services. I only put about 4000 miles per year on my truck so they can’t expire. The service advisor was polite & apologetic but when your customers are waiting it would be wise to get them taken care of as quickly as possible.
