Nathan did a great job from the time I made my initial appointment over the phone to greeting me on arrival. He listened to my needs, made recommendations, kept me informed on a face to face basis with regard to what was happening with my car in the service bay and wrapped up my experience by going over everything that was completed and recommended potential service needs for next time. My car was fully serviced and all work completed within 4 hours. It was easy, rather quick for the amount of work done and my car was washed as a courtesy. All in all, I had a great first experience with Nathan and the service staff at Surprise Honda. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for service work. Thank you.

2 hours and thirty minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is not a great experience. No one sought me out when my vehicle was ready. Service manager wasn’t aware this is a free maintenance check. How could he not know that? Is there no training or communication inside of Honda, or is it just this dealership?Service at Surprise Honda is always slow, but yesterday was bad even by their standards. It’s only the golf simulator that keeps me coming back, and that may not be worth it.
