I scheduled for several issues. He was very helpful with my car and linking my phone - was extremely concerned that I would be satisfied. But when I got the car back after the oil change he admitted to not performing my service B1-3 that was also needed. Now I need to come back in for another visit. Nathan said he would take care of the additional service and take the car back again but I couldn’t wait another 1 1/2 hours
He’s a nice man but I did call days ahead to let him know why I needed service and he should have made better notes
