The service appointment with Nathan went fine but the time and energy I put trying to get an appointment was inexcusable! I left three messages with the service department, two messages with Dave ****. There was nothing on his outgoing voicemail message saying that he was no longer an advisor but rather the head of the service department. So I finally made a phone call at 7 AM when you people open in the hopes of reaching a live person which I did. So I set the appointment up with Nathan. How can it possibly take a week to set up a service appointment?! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
