I came earlier and left when my original appointments suppose to start . Really fast and easy. I do overnights so I was expecting to sleep in the lobby for a few hours but he got stuff don’t quick. I appreciate it.

It is absurd that it took 2.5 hours to change our oil. There was no communication from Mike at as to what was taking so long. Once the Mgr stepped in the ball started rolling and he took care of us. Usually Customer service includes communication with the client. Very frustrating experience.

I waited 10 minutes at drop off for my service advisor who never came. Another advisor saw me waiting and offered to assist. I did not receive a phone call to tell me my car was done nor was I told of the recommended repairs. When I came to pick up my car, my service advisor once again was not available and I had to find someone else to assist. This is the first time I have been in for service since the dealership became Germain. Not pleased with the quality of service at all during this visit.

Nate , really took care of me . I had a pice of under carriage plastic hanging down from my vehicle and rubbing on the road . When I came in for an oil change Nate and the surprise Honda team was able to temporarily fix this piece until I can get a new one ordered ; which surprise Honda will install . Thanks surprise Honda for going above and beyond to help me out .
