I want to be clear this was a minor issue, but may need attention. The fluids service was properly done, and Al Bustamante was professional and friendly as always, I will always seek him out. However when the car was delivered to me, the tire pressures were between 38 and 41psi, I had to go to Costco to correct them to 32 front and 30 rear per the door card spec. I felt the shop should be paying attention to that. Don’t ding Al for this, and no further contact necessary, thank you.

The manager David went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and went out of his way to let me know during the time my car was being serviced how much longer it would be from the time you pull up till your car is complete was above amazing I will always bring my car to Honda in surprise.
