Our experience today was excellent. We always receive excellent service when we come in . We did not have an appointment today but Steve took care of us as if we did. Our oil change was done in a timely manner

While I am satisfied with overall service, this is the second time that Michael has repeatedly asked me to rate him with five stars. He warns that anything less will be detrimental to him personally. I believe this undermines the purpose of feedback. Had he not been so adamant about a perfect evaluation, I would have had no reason not to give anything less.

This is the first time it happens to me , but today after I comeback from Surprise Honda , I noticed my honda accord is leaking motor oil, and my car didn’t leak any oil. Not sure what happened. Call me at ****-****-xxxx for details. My remote was in at least 8 pieces on his kiosk. When i asked the service manager to rotate my tires. Hectold me he had to pay his techs. I guess myvtime is worth NOTHING while i stand there watching Mike try to rebuild my remote. Good thing i had my wifes so he could attempt to figure it out.

I bought all 4 tires from this location because I was told I would have the same type of warranty as discount tire. In regards to repair and replacement. I came in to have my tires checked out because I got a low tire pressure alert. One had a hole in it I was told by Nathan I had to go to discount tire to fix it because this location didn’t do that . Even though I was told by mike when I bought the tires you guys do repair. I was told I would have to pay for it at discount. After I refused that . Nathan called a manager and then he was told you guys do offer repair on warranty. If I don’t give him push back this would not have happen. I don’t understand why he would tell me that without even checking first.
