Nice to have place to go that is a pleasant experience. We had great relationship with our acura dealer in Portland, Or. Since moving here in 2019. I have been to the Acura of Peoria twice, and each time I felt I was just a guy with a car and a check book. Advisor Michael T, again was terrible, zero stars, this advisor puts no effort into helping the customer, cannot manage time, doesn’t know how to communicate, won’t listen to a phone conversation without hanging up on you. Dealership is under new management and or new service manager, seems consistent with Seattle, new manager one after another with no changes in service, I don’t trust this advisor nor the dealership, which ****, I have had 9 cars through a Honda and after years the service fails, fails time and time again. Great at sales but don’t expect service, you won’t get any. I am also not trusting the amount they are charging for some services, with an extreme hourly rate. Honda, failed. Don’t recommend.

Helpful . Only thing I have to say is every time I bring in my car they seem to screw up my display and disconnect my phone and this time that and the clock. Steve helped me with my clock but now my phone doesn’t work in the car. Not his fault. Will have to bring it back and hope someone can help me.
