Stephen was wonderful. The Service Department, not so much. I waited 3 hours for an oil change, brake and transmission fluid change. Also, my car was supposed to be washed and wasn’t. I think you guys need more people on staff. I understand that things are a little rough right now, but I think waiting 3 hours for such service is a bit much.
