My service advisor was great! He gave me details about cost before the work was done. When the job was complete still saw a detail of the missed. I showed him and he himself fixed it. Not that I believe this is Mike's fault but hours later, I that part of the job (interior lights) that was supposed to be fixed is not. I called and left a message for Mike. It was after the Holiday hours so I expect to hear from him when he is back in. So, Mike was great, service provided in shop was not.

Told 1 to 1.25 hours for oil change. Turned out to be 1.75. Told I would have car washed, but did NOT receive a car wash. Wrote on my windshield but did not remove before I picked up car. Had to make an extra trip to get windshield cleaned. Asked a question but did NOT receive an answer. Received a text when I was half way home that car was ALMOST ready. All in all a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I am definitely looking for another Honda dealer.
