Great service and communication from the team.

Firstly please do not contact me as I don’t plan to return to this location. When I pulled up no one came outside or was outside to greet - this was a first at any Honda dealership I’ve ever taken my vehicle to - all SA’s were literally sitting at their desks with no other cars or customers present. Odd. The SA I worked with did not go over multi-point inspection with me or advise of anything (I know there are bad gouges in 2 of my tires I need to address, they’re so bad that they are indeed hazards. These were not mentioned - nothing was). The inspection wasn’t even printed in color so the red/yellow/green system is useless. Recommended service that I had to read on the sheet myself/was not discussed with me was timing belt (I did this 1 year ago), transmission flush (I did this 1 year ago). All things I have recently done. No records were reviewed at all. Basic Oil Change & rotation service also cost significantly more ($25) than every other dealer in the valley and I was told I couldn’t use a piddly $5 off coupon. To top off this mediocre experience, SA had the audacity to ask me to leave him a good survey because he can’t control the price. Of course you can’t - but you didn’t advise me of literally anything, that doesn’t warrant good feedback.

Al Bustamante was super helpful. Not only in repairs, but assisting with payment plans and strategies. Al along with his direct supervisor(who’s name I am forgetting at the moment, unfortunately) went above and beyond to help me get back on the road.
