Cezar Melena was wonderful but I was frustrated to find out that the 9AM appointment I made online didn’t matter when I showed up at the dealership. I made an appointment online a week ahead of time because I work odd hours at work and could only do a Saturday morning service time. When I got to the dealership for my appointment, Cezar informed me it could be up to a 2- 2 and 1/2 hour wait time. I am not at all upset with the service Cezar and the maintenance men performed on my car, I am just unsure of why there is an option to make an appointment online for an oil change when it is not the same when arriving at the dealer.
