I am so upset over the treatment I received. I made an appointment last week for my first maintenance check up and oil change on my brand new 2020 Honda Accord. The app and the websites for Honda are incredible to use i love them but the service that is promoted is not the service I received. When I arrived I was greeted by a blonde woman (later to find out she's the assistant manager) as I was telling her that I was there for my first maintenance checkup and oil change she cut me off and sent me to another location across the street. As she started to walk away I said to her that I had an appointment, and she said "it doesn't matter, go over to express". The express area was not express at all, there were five cars waiting and no one insight. Waited about 10 minutes, finally someone came out and assisted the other people first. When someone finally assisted me, they told me they do not have appointments in that area, it's first come first serve. The appointments are only in the area I first went too. Noticeably upset Cesar made every attempt to help me and get me in and out, however he did forget to ask me for the Key and after making it all the way to work, I had to turn back around to drop off the key. I went to Hardin Honda because it's local and convenient, Metro Honda had offered me Free first maintenance and I didn't take it there because it's 20 mins from home, but next time I am definitely going to Metro Honda. The drive is worth good service.
