Horrible service. I dropped the vehicle at 10:30am and was told to expect a call by 1:30pm. Instead I had to call multiple times to get hold of Naeil and had my vehicle picked up at approx 5:45pm. I had told Naeil that I have little kids and will need to arrange because of COVID and my wife and I are essential workers. I think replacing Naeil with a robot might have better outcome.

I am satisfied with the service today. Excellent service. However, I had tried this airbag re-call 2015. I kept getting a put off answer such as we are ordering the part, or it had not arrived, or we will call you when part arrived. Many years went by I gave up pursued it. I keep receiving notices from the manufacture since then. So I decided to give it one more try. Juan and Ryan was very helpful and pleasant. It is fixed. Thank you,
