The Technician who created a new programmable key for me. Failed to program the key to the car. Because I trust your dealership I drove home without testing the key. After I got home I realized the key was not programmed to even open the doors of the car. I had to return to the dealership to have the key programmed. This is not Kari Knopf’s fault. I had no problems or issues with her service. She was calm and professional through it all.
