Chris was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I like that he wasn’t too pushy about getting things fixed on my car, but just informing me. He was also very personable. I have always been treated well with Honda devices and the car has been reliable. Because of those it makes me want to be a forever customer:)

Hi, my wife’s White Honda HRV 2016 has had problems with the paint peeling off.
Honda approved only the roof top and didn’t approve anything else to be repaired although there are other areas that are starting to peel. This is obviously a manufactures problem but I can’t believe that Honda wouldn’t cover theses repairs since it’s not the customers fault. I’m very disappointed with Honda, this is our 5th Honda purchased and never had a problem until now.

DARIN was great! Super energetic and informative. What I did not enjoy was the fact that on google it states that Hardin Honda Service opens at 7am. Also, there should be a sign stating that if you ONLY need an oil change to go to the express service side. Instead, I got there early and waited in the “wrong” line only to be told to go wait in a much longer line on the other side of the street. But Darin was amazing, 5/5 stars. I’ll definitely leave him a good review.
