I appreciate the fast and friendly service Alfredo gave me during my visit. I was afraid that I was going to be stuck with a major repair bill on my hands after my AC went out but was very relieved when he informed me it would be covered under warranty. Byron gave my husband and I fantastic customer service. He was very caring and updated us every step of the way. We brought two cars to be repaired and I was so satisfied with the attention and outstanding service we received from him, we will be bringing back all 3 of our Honda's to get serviced at Hardin. We have been bringing the vehicles to Westminster Honda, but thanks to Byron we will be servicing them at Hardin. My representative was great. I understand it’s busy but I waited 2-3 hours for an oil change and a new key because mine got stolen and when I get into my car my actual keys are not there. This is very disappointing because the service was great but all that waiting and they were going to forget to give me my keys back. The new key I got wasn’t even programmed to my car either. I’m not very happy with my visit because I have to go to Honda again to get my new key reprogrammed again.
