On March 17 I emailed to confirm that all parts were in stock to complete my recalls. Paul winovitch emailed me to confirm they were. After my appointment I was reviewing the paperwork waiting for my car and saw that one of the recalls showed the action item “parts ordered”. Nothing had been said to me about this when I was given the paperwork so I had to ask and was then told that yes one of the recalls was not able to be completed due to parts not in stock. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication on both sides of my appointment.

Took far too long. Told me it would take two hours, came back after two hours and car still wasn't ready. Asked them how much longer and they said only 20 minutes. Waited for an extra 2 hours and car was finally done. The while time I was waiting I saw my car just sitting there with no one working on it for over an hour until the very last 5 minutes when someone came and put the tires back on and lowered the car. Very dissatisfied with slow service.

I came in for an airbag recall. I appreciated the text message from Adrian halfway through my service. It was a simple message letting me know that my car was being worked on, it was in good hands, and I would receive a call when it was ready. All of this a already knew but it was nice to get that text message a couple hours after dropping off my vehicle.

Juan was very professional there was one thing hindsight on my part is the cabin filter ever though it was not ready because of the virus I should have still had it replace now if I want it have to back up Since filter would need to be change on next visit Which could be awile Thank you Juan
