Darin is just a pleasure to work with. He brought out smiles and laughter and even made sure that I made it to the break room ok (all the while holding the door for me). Not only did he deliver great customer service and courtesy, but he also thoroughly reviewed the findings from my car’s multipoint inspection. This was top-knotch service received for just a simple oil change. Even with a lower-dollar amount for maintenance on a very busy day, the service level was not compromised. I also appreciated how he reviewed my service record to ensure that I was getting nothing more or less than what was needed. Thank you Darin!

The experience was ok. I pulled up the second car we have bought from Hardin Honda and the third car we have bought from the Hardin family. ( A Hyundai). Was told to wait outside which is fine because of the situation with COVID I get it. I waited over 15 minutes where I got up from my seat to stand by the door to make sure they hadn’t forgotten about me. The service rep eventually came out and was a good guy. He said it would longer than normal because it was lunchtime. This is something I shouldn’t have to worry about what time I bring a car in for service. I’m not a usual complainer but it just bothered me the whole experience today. Thank you for letting me give feedback.
