Cezar Melena was great very helpful and informative. Didn’t try to oversell me just got me taken care for what I needed and gave me recommendations for upkeep for my next visit which I greatly appreciated. Someone else in your finance department also helped with an item and was also very helpful. My only issue was I had made an appointment to have my car serviced at 2:30 pm and they didn’t start on my car until 4:15 pm which only took them roughly 15 minutes to complete. Just feel huge waste of time to have a appointment for a specific time and get the same wait time as someone who just drives up. Highly disappointed with that aspect. Will make me reconsider having my car serviced with Hardin if appointment time is not honored.

Each time I called all the service employees who answer are all kind, friendly and great listeners. They aren’t impatient and they give me time to explain my situation. Your dealership is busy however everyone treats you as if your the important one there which makes you feel special. I have never had Cesar before and I have to say he’s a good person with a great attitude and very helpful and caring! I felt he took time for me and was attentive with every detail. I believe I was overcharged by 1000 dollars. My quote was including a new flywheel, I came in, on the third day, to see the progress and no work on my throw out bearing had been started. When my car was finally apart I was notified but my representative was on vacation and I didn’t want any miscommunication so I explained I will wait till my representative returns to work. My representative explained I will be charged for a rental car because they needed it back and I should have come in, with him not there, to make a decision. I originally asked if they would supply a loner car, yes was the answer. I did not get a list of what my car needs, but when I came in with my representative there I pointed out a bad motor mount. Still no list of what my car needs, I chose and explained I want my original flywheel put back in with no resurface. The price I was quoted was with a new flywheel, and I explained, that was a lot, could they repair my car without all the extra hidden charges and I needed the old clutch kit back, because it was guaranteed for life and I needed to get reimbursed, we agreed. When it was time to pay I asked if I could write a check, they said no. With no new flywheel and only the addition of the motor mounts I pointed out, my price was the same as the quote with the flywheel I didn’t want and no list of what my car needs. I believe I was over charged by 1000 dollars, because of that I will not recommend Hardin Honda, for anything, if the conversation ever comes up.
