The service person assisting me was very courteous and friendly. However, the problem with the car has never been fully addressed. I bought the car in December 2017 and this is the third battery installed in a little over 3 years. I have always owned Honda’s due to their reliability (my previous car was a 2003 CRV). I can no longer say that because of this car. This third time I had to pay for the towing and full cost of battery and installation because they told me the warranty is over.

Naeil had the tough job of giving me bad news on what was diagnosed as a damaged condenser on a Pilot purchased 3 months prior. While I did not agree with their diagnosis he was helpful, professional and treated me as a valued customer, despite my disagreement on cost to fix.
While it was a tough pill to swallow, I was confident him and his team would take good care of me and the car. This type of top shelf service is what customers expect and Naeil (and his team) delivered. ??????????

I'm writing in reference to Naeil Droubi for going above and beyond his duties. I lost my phone on the day I brought my car in but that didn't stop Mr.droubi in getting the message to me with regards to the repair that was needed that I needed to approve. He got a hold of my friend who gave me a ride from the dealership to get a hold of me when I didn't reply to his email. Employees like Naeil need to be recognized for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides your customers. I'm sure I am speaking for many other satisfied customers who has been fortunate enough to receive services from Mr.Droubi. Again, thank you NAEIL DROUBI! I have personally owned 7 brand new Honda vehicles in the past 24 years since I have been issued a California Driver's license and I just found my Honda store. I give you my word may it be another civic type r or an odyssey van or another accord, Naeil's customer service guaranteed I'll be coming to Hardin Honda for my future purchases!!!!
