Chris was awesome and went above and beyond for me today! He was able to assist me with an issue I was having with my battery and took the time to look up some information for me about my car. Chris also assisted me the last time I was in for matainence. He continues to be awesome! Thanks Chris for taking care of me.

Chris is ALWAYS the MOST courteous, kind, caring, thoughtful, and helpful!
He patiently goes over any service and carefully explains what will happen. The cover to my windshield wiper blade was missing and Chris was immediately checking to see if the parts department had the party! His careful and sharp eye for detail saw the problem, which would have been a very serious costly problem if he had not noticed it! I am thankful for his honesty in explaining each repair and cost! I live 30 miles away and still come for service because I know Chris has always offered the best of care. There are closer dealers but I did not like their customer service and I felt they were trying to add unnecessary service/cost!
Again, I will travel the extra distance because I know I can trust the workmanship and service received at Hardin Honda of Anaheim by Chris and his hard working staff!
