I had a great experience dropping off the car with Byron and he was very kind. Unfortunately, I was texted by Byron and he asked if I had any questions or concerns. I responded to the text immediately with some questions about the recalls required for my vehicle and he didn’t reply . I sent one more text confirming if he had received my question hours later. Still no response. It was very frustrating and unprofessional for a company to solicit feedback and receive no response. In addition, please provide a reminder for the employees working on the car to reset the TPMS calibration on the tire pressure following a tire rotation. I fortunately received guidance from Valvoline employees on how to reset it myself. When I go through the Dealership for maintenance/repairs I have a higher expectation since you are the company that built my vehicle. In addition , it was your location In which I purchased from. I hope this feedback improves your satisfaction of future customers.
