I always go to Hardin Honda and I'm always satisfied but not today I arrived at 7:55am for an oil change and was told it would be about 3 hrs it took longer than 3 hrs and when I went to check to see what was taking so long I saw a lot of the workers inside the office eating pizza I understand that they need to eat and need a break but that's why there are break times and break rooms I feel this was very unprofessional. I specifically told the worker who took my order that I had to go to San Diego today and it didn't seem to matter they took people who arrived after I did. I'm seriously thinking about just taking my car to my mechanic for an oil change that only takes 5 minutes should not take 4 hrs.
