I have already spoken to Matt Sharp about Alex and the service/mechanic department as well as the parts department. Matt was decent, listened well, was able to amiably discuss my situation and complaints and instruct me. He made no excuse for his team which I appreciate. Keep Matt. He helped Hardin a lot with business. We have several Hondas that we service at Hardin. With Matt there, I may bring them back to Hardin.

My air conditioner went out and with summer coming it was important to get it fixed. Cezar ordered the condenser and let me know when it came in. I had to wait a week to have it done while I waited for my Social Security check. I brought my car in and Cezar took care of it and it was done by 10:30 am.
