Juan was absolutely amazing. Stayed in touch with me the whole time and was very apologetic when it took longer than expected. I wish everyone who worked in the service industry treated customers like that.

When my car was returned to me, there were DIRTY fingerprints and handmarks all over the dash board and, A pillar, and glass. I have pictures of proof. And i discovered a lose bolt on the floor which has me concerned that the work performed was not done correctly.
