Waiting for over 4 months to get the car service done. I know the parts were back order and the insurance paper works were taking too long. But when they called me and said my car was ready for pick up. I came but my car was not done. And they didn't know that until I notified and showed them on the passenger seat belt fell off.
This is my first time and also the last time to bring my vehicle there for service.
