Darin was awesome!
The service took over 3 1/2 hours. I brought the vehicle in to have the oil changed. No other service was provided because no other service was needed at the time. Next time I will drop off my car instead of waiting for it. I guess my one suggestion would be to tell customers that you really don’t know how long it’s going to take - it just depends on what services are needed on the other vehicles that are in line in front of mine. When I turned the key in for my car I was told that the wait would be between 1 1/2 in two hours. Also I did receive a text from the company letting me know I could text with any questions… but when I responded to it I didn’t hear back. It’s my understanding that maybe you don’t use that anymore but somehow it automatically got sent to me.
