I waited way too long for my car repair and should have been picked up long before I was. I was so frustrated with the long wait. My car was done at 11:30 and didn’t get picked up until my sister called and gave them hell for me. Honda’s shuttle guy had an extra long lunch. Alex had to come get me. So disappointed in Honda. Alex is good, but as a high paying customer I expected to be treated much better than I was. Once Alex did pick me up, things got a little better. But maybe that’s because I was charged over $1.000,00 and another thousand or more on Wednesday.

Alex was great. However, through no fault of his, Honda charges way too much for services that are a necessity to the many unfortunate. But it is what it is and gotta pay what you don’t have. So saddened by that.????
