Everything was fine. But what puzzles me is this: I save all my receipts. The last time I had my oil changed, there was a column that was check marked in the yellow column and I’m surprised it wasn’t check marked again this time because I never had it looked after; instead a new check mark was made in the transmission and break fluid area. My car only has 30,000 miles and it is 3.5 yrs old(2019) and I’m surprised that the transmission fluid needed to be maybe serviced especially when nothing is wrong. It still operates like a new car. My husband was in the automotive business since 1958 so I realize covid slowed everything down but I got the feeling that the fluids were a way to make a couple hundred dollars. So this was the first time I left your dealership with an uneasy feeling of maybe not coming back. I don’t know yet.

When I left Honda, my tire pressure light was still on. On my paperwork, it stated that with an inspection, they had set all tire pressure to 35psi. When I went to a tire shop, all my tire pressures were uneven (29, 28, 30, 27 psi) I’m sure Honda did not check my tires at all. This makes me question the validity of the work performed. If you guys can’t even check the tire pressure, what else did you not do?

We were given an overall review that said No brake inspection had been done and yet the bill we got says we were charged for a brake inspection -so were we given a brake inspection or not & if Not-why were we billed for one ?

Adrian was terrific and took wonderful care of me. Your customer lounge, however needs some work there was a coffee machine no. sticks to stir and no cream for the coffee nor was there any hot chocolate but the service I received on a 1 to 10 was an 11.
