I enjoyed the great customer service Mr. Cesar provided, however I was very disappointed in the courtesy shuttle. I asked if I could be picked up when my car was ready. So I left then when I received the notification my car was ready I requested service only to be left waiting an hour for pick up by then I had another service pick me up and was late for appointments. I would say the customer service in that area needs to be improve.
