I came in for a warranty fix and was told it would be 167$ for them to make sure it was an issue that was covered. And it wouldn’t matter if it was covered because they don’t have the part.
Turns out tustin Acura had the part for me so I went there instead

I had to call later in the day to request an update on when I could pick up my car. There were several transfers and it was difficult for me to speak with someone on the phone. But finally was able to be transferred to Adrian. I know I’m being picky but if you want my complete satisfaction, I would have wanted a call from Adrian by 4pm with an update instead of me having to call him.
