After I got home from the service center (just needed some maintenance, make sure everything was working properly), my car would not start. As soon as I turned it back on to go somewhere, it was dead. I called and the supervisor checked with the employee who worked on my car and he stated that they “forgot” to mention that my battery cables were very corroded and he didn’t clean them. My paperwork said the battery was in good working condition, but they were neglectful on completing the job. When I got the car jumped by AAA, I ran the battery for 50 minutes. As soon as I shut the car off, dead!! AAA stated that it was my alternator. When I returned from vacation over Thanksgiving, I had to get my car towed to my local auto mechanic. They looked at it and said the only problem they saw was that the batteries cables were “loose” and therefore not able to keep the charge going. I was having ZERO PROBLEMS with my battery and after having my car looked at by you guys, there were issues. I had to spend $115 in fees just for the guy to tell me my battery was a little loose. It probably took them all of 5 minutes to fix the problem. I’m extremely disappointed because normally I get great service from you. Your mechanic was careless and lazy, not willing to finish the job thoroughly and completely.
