I think if the customer service representative would have come out to talk to me I would not have bought a new battery . I drove in with my battery and there was nothing wrong with it. When he told me over the phone that my car needed a new battery I said What I don't think so . And yes I did tell him to take care of the recommendations. But I siffently did not want the battery. Not oy was I unhappy with that service when I went to the counter to pay the guy that took my card thought it was funny . I saw no humor in that . He was laughing and said oh Alex. Yes I was upset with that. I know I didn't need a battery . As you can see I always take my car there for service and this last visit was horrible.

David took really good care of me and my vehicle during this service; even though I purchased my vehicle from Buena Park Honda, it is the helpful people like David that I continue to drive out to Hardin for my services.. From waiting in the service line for my appointment all the way through getting the courtesy call that my car would be ready for pickup, David provided efficient and detailed service which I really appreciate. I appreciate most the genuine advice and recommendations David was able to provide me in regards to when I should get my next service and the timing for when I should look into replacing my tires.
