I waited 15 minutes before having to go inside to ask to been seen. When told by Cesar he'd be right with me a car arriving after me was served first. I waited a bit longer and went in again just to be told by Alex that he'd be right with me. Unacceptable wait time and no method to track who to serve first made for an unpleasant experience.
