I’m completely unsatisfied. I made an appointment to bring my car in to have fakra connector replaced. It would you intermittently make a popping and cracking noice.
I brought it in on Tuesday first thing in the morning at my scheduled appointment time. Cesar sent me a text in the afternoon that he would keep me informed regarding my car. Around 5:30 I called to see the status. I was told my car would be second in the cue the next morning. Why do we make appointments to bring car in if it isn’t looked at all day? My made an appointment to have it repaired. My car was there for two days. They couldn’t fix it. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service department.
