Everyone was so friendly! I stopped by during my lunch break from work and I was surprised by how friendly staff and shuttle driver was. Justo (driver for Monday, November 14 @ 12:20ish) was amazing. From when I parked to dropping me off at work to picking me up so I can get my car, he was an absolute sweetheart. Give that man a raise!

I felt like we got excuses and the things that needed to get repaired didn’t get repaired. We got a recall in the mail to repair the motor cap, and I was told by Alex that you guys didn’t have the tools to make the repairs! I called two other dealers near me and they had no problem fixing this recall, and they didn’t give me the excuse that they didn’t have the tools!!!!
I will not come back to this dealer! Too many excuses and none of the 3 things that I needed fixed got taken care of!!!!!

The battery light came on about half hour on our way home. Car flashed a warning code… come to find out the positive battery terminal was not tightened. I am hoping that fixed the issue but if not, we will be back. Other than that….the service and customer service is awesome. We like like Hardin Honda an plan to do all our service. My wife was very happy until the battery light came on.
I guess only feed back would be to check the vehicle carefully over before giving/releasing the vehicle to the customer.
