Simon was great! But personally I’d like to see these surveys come to an end! I know all companies do them but I truly believe they’re a waste of everyone’s time! If you, the employer, aren’t talented enough to hire talented people who know how to provide excellent customer service then that’s on you. And as you know, if you keep your employees happy it’ll reflect on how they treat their customers and you’ll have happy customers. So you won’t need to run these surveys.

Took my car there and David quoted $3000 for service. I decided to get a second opinion at the Weir canyon Honda and paid $300 for the exact same service. Even though Hardin Honda is more convenient because it’s next to my home and work, I will not be returning. I will drive to Weir Canyon Honda where I’ll be more confident in the service.
