I came in with repairs needed which I hoped were warranty. Dealer in Costa Mesa wanted to charge me $199 each time they analyzed the issues while the car was up on the rack. Coming to Hardin Honda where I purchased my car, my hopes were not high. 1st, I'm told it be a 5 hour wait for an oil change. If I want the issues I brought the car in for--I'd have to leave my car over the weekend & until at least Tuesday. Not only is this an unreasonal amount of time, but we own only this car & how was I to get home? Long story short - Juan Ayala arranged for me to be driven home & picked up later that day. All 3 items repaired by 3PM and I was a happy camper. THANK YOU Juan & the driver for giving me the service I expected from Honda.
