I went in for a routine oil check/tire rotation and David was fantastic and went above and beyond. I was having trouble with my tire pressure sensor but thought it was a bad sensor so I didn’t mention it but David found a nail in there and patched it up good as new!

Long wait , hardly any cars in the que. Not satisfied with the outcome. Tire replacement. Brand new car purchase night before flat tire in the morning. Replacement tire looks old and rusted. Did not wax or clean , it sure did stand out because it looks old. Juan was able to try and wash as per complaint.

David was super nice, but the mechanic who worked on my car forgot to update the tire rotation in my cars settings, so it notified me that the pressure was low. i had to drive back to the dealership where david was nice enough to help me.
