I had a pre scheduled appointment at 8:15 for my Honda pilot service last 9/15/23. Arrived earlier at your service. My original appointment was just for oil change and minor services for codes A123. I requested also to do assessment as the steering wheel intermittently shakes whenever brakes are applied at cruise speed in freeway. I’m planning to go for the work to fix the shaking issue if the service advisor provided me detailed information on how to fix the mechanical issue.
I left my vehicle in your service for almost 10 hours and the technician only completed the oil change and tires rotation and no report provided for the shaking issue.
As a regular customer of Hardin Honda, I’m really disappointed with the outcome from my last visit. Now I have to make another appointment or go elsewhere.
