Excellent service, but should review telephone system. I tried to call three days for an appt, multiple calls each day, but no one answered. When I looked on line to be sure I had correct number, it said you were closed. Then I drove by on Ball Rd when returning home after the Orange County Auto Show in the Convention Center, I stopped by to see if there was a sign stating to where you moved. Of course, I found you were open and made my service appointment. As I said, you should update your phone system to answer faster during peak call periods. I’m sure the phone company can report to you how long it takes on average to answer customer calls. My company used to monitor that data point as one of the measures of our customer service.
