This is thw second time i bring my car in for this same promblem first time i dropped of my car David basically told the promblem was my phone or my cable because with his iphone car worked find .then i had to call to see if car was ready i guess David had a day off and im not sure who is responsible on calling ur customer but i get a call from him saying car is ready after i had my car for a day already when he is telling me they been working on my car all morning and couldnt find nothing so i bring it back ask to speak to management if they aren't able to help now they say yes they will order the part they need. So I leave my car come back and the promblem is there they said they were gonna replace aduio system for new .so I asked how is it new if it's all stain from the back.. so I'm sorry but very disappointed.

I don't think my issue on my car was fixed, whoever worked on my car definitely didn't do anything. As soon as I drove off it started making the same exact noise. I'm so disappointed by the fact that my car didn't get fixed and it was there for over a day. I use my car a lot for work so this was very upsetting.
