Except for the long wait for just an oil change. That is really poor service considering I was the 3rd car in line and waited over 2 hours in the waiting area after waiting 35 mins in line for dealership to open. I didn't even have a car wash! There is no one available to complete tgat service.
* also, I just replaced my battery there at dealership last Dec and I needed a new one. I wasn't charged for it but, that is ridiculous.
I'm really starting to doubt the reliability I counted on when I decided to buy a Honda over other choices.
* The service rep was very nice, kind and professional. He apologized for long wait but still...that is a problem that needs resolution.
