Juan was great but the Technician who worked on my car, not so good. My tires pressure after the service were 35, 36, 37 & 38. All four tires had different psi and they were all wrong because the recommended psi by the door trim is 32psi. I ended up with stopping by Costco, deflated them and re-inflated them all to 32psi. It was not a pleasant experience.

David is very courteous and does his best to help his customers have a positive experience. My vehicle was supposed to be ready when I arrived at the dealership. I was dropped off and was waiting for my car. It turned out the car was having issues during the test drive and wasn’t ready after all. Knowing that I was dropped off and didn’t have a way home, David offered to take me home personally. That was much appreciated. He also was able to give me a discount on the services for my inconvenience. David gets an A+ !!!
